    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1½ cups quick cooking rolled oats
    ½ cup butter, softened
    1 egg

    Filling:
    1 can coconut pecan frosting
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 pan. Combine all of the first 4 ingredients. Mix at low speed till
    crumbly. Reserve 2 cups crumbs for topping. Press remaining mixture in bottom of pan. Blend all filling
    ingredients. Beat at high speed for 1 minute. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping crumbs.
    Bake for 45-55 minutes till tests done.
