    List of Ingredients

1 (18.25-ounce) moist yellow cake mix
    1 cup Nutella hazelnut-chocolate spread
½ cup unsalted butter, melted, plus 2 tablespoons (divided use)
    2 large eggs
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
2 cups hazelnuts, blanched, skinned, toasted and chopped (buy already chopped or see note to prepare)
    2 teaspoons vanilla

    Butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray

    Recipe

Place rack in the center of the oven; preheat oven to 325 F. Place cake mix, Nutella, 1/2 cup melted butter and eggs in a food processor. Pulse till well blended. Scrape side of bowl and pulse again. Reserve 11/2 cups for topping. Spray hands with butter-flavored spray. Using fingertips, press remaining mixture evenly into bottom and slightly up sides of 9x13-inch baking pan. Set aside.

Place condensed milk and remaining 2 tablespoons butter in 2-quart bowl; microwave on High (100 percent power) for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips till melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over crust and spread evenly with spatula sprayed with cooking spray.
Spray fingertips again. Crumble reserved crust evenly over chocolate filling. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until top looks slightly dry. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 30 minutes. Cut into 24 bars.

Note: To prepare hazelnuts, preheat oven to 350 F. Place 1 cup of nuts in each of 2 bowls. Pour boiling water over them. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and pour ice water over them. Drain and repeat with ice water. Remove skins, and dry nuts thoroughly. Spread nuts on a flat baking pan and roast for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool. When cool, place in a sturdy zip-top bag and gently pound with mallet or other object to chop.
