1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine
1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsps. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 cups flour
2 tsps. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

Cream together the first three ingredients. Add and beat well the next three ingredients. Stir in the chips. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350° for 15 minutes.
