One-Bowl Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup Splenda
3 tablespoons oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Recipe
Cream peanut butter, butter, and Splenda. Stir in oat flour and baking powder. Beat in the egg. Chill resulting dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape dough into one-inch diameter balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten by pressing with the tines of a fork in alternate directions. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Makes two dozen.
