    20 reduced-fat Oreo cookies
    2 T. butter
    2 T. chocolate syrup
    1 C. shredded flaked coconut
    1 C. white chocolate chips
    1/2 C. chopped pecans
    1 can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º

    In food processor, process Oreos into crumbs--or crush with a rolling pin between sheets of waxed paper--and place in a mixing bowl.

    Place butter and chocolate syrup in a small microwave safe bowl and microwave briefly till butter is almost melted. Stir until better has finished melting. Drizzle mixture over cookie crumbs and mix well.

    Coat a 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Lightly press crumb mixture over bottom of prepared pan.

    Layer coconut, chips, and nuts evenly in pan. Drizzle evenly with sweetened condensed milk.

    Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and set.

    Cool completely. Cut into 24 bars.
