Crumbs:
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter softened
1 tsp. baking soda
Filling:
3 cups diced peaches
2 Tblsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup water
2 oz. peach or orange gelatin granules
Recipe
Put filling ingredients in sauce pan and cook together until it thickens. Add 1 oz. peach or orange gelatin granules. Stir into mixture and cool.
Mix crumb ingredients in a bowl and spread 1/2 of crumb mixture evenly in a 9x13in. cake pan. Pour filling mixture on crumbs, then sprinkle the rest of crumbs on filling. Sprinkle 1 oz. peach or orange gelatin granules on top.
Bake at 350° F. for 35 minutes.
