    Peanut Butter Carrot Cookies

    1/2 c peanut butter
    1/2 c brown sugar
    2 c quick rolled oats
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 c grated raw carrots
    1 (6 oz) pkg butterscotch chips
    1/2 c margarine
    3/4 c sugar
    1 c flour
    1/2 tsp soda
    1/4 c milk
    3/4 c raisins

    Recipe



    Mix together first ten ingredients. Fold in soda, milk and raisins.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375° 10-12 minutes


    Makes about 4 dozen
