Pineapple Raisin Jumbles

2 (8-oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup flour
4 tsp. grated orange peel
1 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
1 cup raisins Recipe
In large bowl, beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
Stir in pineapple & vanilla.
Beat in flour & orange peel.
Stir in almonds & raisins.
Drop heaping tablespoons of batter 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 to 22 minutes or until firm.
Cool on wire rack
Makes 2 to 2-1/2 dozen
