Rasberry Pillow Cookies

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. thick jam--use raspberry
1/4 c. sugar
Recipe
Cream softened butter and cheese. Blend in flour and
cover. Chill. Roll very thin on floured surface and cut with
2 1/2-inch cookie cutter. Place 1/4 teaspoon jam in center of each. Moisten edges with water and fold cookie in half. Press edges together with tines of fork. Bake about 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Coat hot cookies with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
