    Raspberry Oatmeal Lace Cookies

    1 tablespoon raspberry jam
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1-1/2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 tablespoons rolled oats

    Recipe



    Preheat oven 350
    Heat jam, brown sugar, and butter in small pan over low heat until blended
    Stir constantly; remove from heat
    Add flour and oats
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet
    Spread into very thin circle
    Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly and light brown around edges. Cool

    Cookies will become crispy
