Mix together:

1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
1 Cup melted butter
1/3 Cup evaporated milk
1 Cup finely chopped nuts

Melt together:

1 (12-oz) pkg. Kraft caramels
1/3 Cup evaporated milk

After mixing together batter, spread half in 9x12 buttered pan. Bake at 350º for 6 to 10 minutes.
Remove and pour caramel mixture over the top. Sprinkle 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top of caramel mixture
Take remaining batter and drop 1/2 tsp. on top of chips. Bake 10 to 15 minutes
Allow to cool in refrigerator and cut into bars
Keep refrigerated
