    Swedish Raspberry Cookies

    Cream:
    1 lb. unsalted butter
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg yolk

    Add:
    4 c. all-pupose flour

    Knead:
    butter and flour mixture until smooth

    Form: dough into small balls. Roll the balls in chopped pecans and put in cookie sheet.

    Press each ball with your thumb to make a small well.

    Bake:
    at 200 - 225 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours or until cookies are brown. Do not turn off the oven.
    Take the cookies out and fill the wells with heated raspberry jam.
    Return to oven, turn oven off and let cookies cool inside.
