    1 18 oz pkg. white chocolate chunk cookie dough
    2 1/4 cups coconut
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp coconut extract

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350º

    Lightly grease cookie sheets.

    In a large bowl break up dough. Add all other ingredients, mix well

    Drop by the spoonful onto sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes

    Cool, remove from cookie sheets and serve.
