    1 1/2 lb stew meat
    2 tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
    1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
    1/4 cup sherry
    1/4 cup dark molasses
    1/4 cup raisins
    hot cooked noodles (to serve)

    Recipe



    Brown beef. Drain and place in crock pot.

    Combine flour, celery salt, garlic powder, ginger, and pepper. Sprinkle over beef.

    Combine carrots, tomatoes, sherry, and molasses and pour over ingredients in crock pot.

    Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

    Add raisins to stew 30 minutes before serving.

    Servings: 8
