    2 pounds boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
    2 6 ounce packages seasoned wild rice mix
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 can condensed cream of cheddar soup
    1/2 cup melted butter
    2 medium chopped onions
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

    Combine all ingredients in crockpot, mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 10 hours.
