    Corn Stuffing Balls

    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped celery with leaves
    1 (17-oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 cup water
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix (about 8 oz.)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted.

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the butter.
    Form into 8 balls.
    Place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
    Spoon the melted butter over the balls.
    Cover and cook on LOW 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
