    1 (4 to 4 1/2lb.) rump roast (trim off excess fat gristle)
    4 cloves chopped garlic (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 large can stewed tomatoes (Mexican style is optional)
    1 can of green chilies
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 to 2 cups water (enough to cover roast)
    salt & pepper (optional)

    Recipe



    In the morning, cut roast into quarters & place into crock pot. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water & add to roast. Add all other ingredients to the roast, cover turn heat to low setting (cook all day). Flake with fork & serve with warm tortillas. Makes great burritos & shredded beef tacos.
