    1, 12-oz. pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1/4 C. chopped onion
    1, 28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1, 4 1/2-oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1, 3 1/2-oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, halved
    3 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large
    skillet, cook beef and onion until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in spaghetti
    sauce, mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Drain noodles. Spread one-third of the
    meat in a 5-qt. slow cooker coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with a
    third of the noodles and pepperoni. Sprinkle with a third of the cheeses.
    Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on low or until heated through
    and cheese is melted.
