List of Ingredients




1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 medium zucchini, cut into 1 inch slices
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
2 cups hot water
2 tablespoons A1 sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup peas, drained
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

Place potatoes at the bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt. Place in crockpot with zucchini. Pour hot water and A1 sauce over meat and vegetables. Cook on low for 9 hours til tender. Turn control to high. Stir in corn and peas. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Add to meat mixture. Cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes.
