    1 cup wild rice, uncooked
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    2 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
    2 pounds boneless round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
    3 cups water
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 4-ounce cans mushrooms, drained
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 beef bouillion cubes

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in order listed in a slow cooker, do not stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until rice is tender. Serve with a salad. Yields 12 servings.
