    2 pounds beef round steak
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 onion
    1 can of cream of celery soup
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Cut meat into serving size pieces. Brown in oil. Slice onion and place in the bottom of the crockpot. Place meat on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of meat. Cook on high for 5 hours.
