    Honey Ginger Pork Tenderloins

    2 pound pork tenderloin
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon ginger root, peeled and minced
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon reduced calorie ketchup
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    vegetable cooking spray

    Spray inside of crockpot with vegetable spray. Mix soy sauce and next 7 ingredients well. Place tenderloin in crockpot and pour mixture over it. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
