1 1/2 shredded Swiss Cheese
3/4 cup drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 2 1/2 ounce packages thin sliced corned beef, chopped

Spray the inside of a 1 to 2 1/2 quart crock with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients; spoon into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted. Stir until smooth. Scrape down sides of cooker with rubber spatula to help prevent edge from scorching. Serve with cocktail rye bread and crackers.
