    2 lbs. hamburger
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 cup milk
    6-8 potatoes, cut up
    1 egg
    1 packet gravy mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    VARIATION: May use 8 ounce can tomato sauce (instead of milk and gravy).

    Mix meatloaf ingredients; shape into a loaf and put potatoes on the side. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours. VARIATION: Put 1/2 of the tomato sauce into the meatloaf, pour the rest over the loaf.
