    Pineapple-Cranberry Pork Loin

    1 (4-pound) pork loin roast
    salt and pepper
    1 (1-pound) can crushed pineapple
    1 (1-pound) can cranberry sauce, whole berry or jellied
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

    Recipe



    Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker.

    Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over pork.

    Cover and cook at low for 8 to 10 hours.

    To serve, slice between ribs and spoon sauce over each portion.
