    1 small onion, sliced
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings
    2 pounds of round steak
    2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons of dried parsley
    1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tablespoon of dry mustard
    1 tablespoon of chili powder
    2 cups of canned tomatoes
    2 teaspoons of dry minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1/4 teaspoon of pepper

    Put half of the onion, green pepper, and celery into a slow cooker. Cut the steak into servings size pieces. Place the steak pieces in a slow cooker. Put the remaining onion, green pepper, and celery over steak. Combine the remaining. Pour over meat. Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 - 6 servings
