4 Eggs
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
8 oz Sour Cream
1 - 4 serving size box instant White Chocolate pudding mix
1 box Strawberry cake mix
1 cup White Chocolate baking chips


Recipe



Mix all of the above ingredients in order in a large mixing bowl. Blend by hand until smooth. Pour into a lightly greased Crock Pot (I use a light spray of butter flavored Pam). Bake on LOW for 6-8 hours OR HIGH for 3-4 hours. (My preference is 1 hour on HIGH, then switch to LOW for 2 hours if you are available to switch the settings)

Serve warm with ice cream...
