2 sticks butter
2 c. confectioner's sugar
6 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. all-purpose flour, less 4 tbs.
1 c. self-rising flour, less 2 tbs.


Recipe



Cream butter and confectioner's sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time,
beating well after each addition.
Add sour cream and extracts.
Add flours to batter and beat until incorporated.
Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt or angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350°, 1 1 /2 hrs.
