Preheat oven to 300ºF

2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
6-8 tablespoons melted butter

\Mix these 3 ingredient's together; and press into the bottom of a 12 inch springform pan. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Filling:

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce pkg.) cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla

Blend all filling ingredient's together in a large mixing bowl; gently, for 10 minutes.
Pour filling into the springform pan; put springform pan on a cookie sheet.

Bake 40 minutes; allow to set for 2 hours before serving.
Gently remove springform pan and serve.
Makes 16 servings
