    1 Cup Oil
    3 Cups Flour
    2 Cups Sugar
    3 Large Apples; chop with peelings
    3 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Orange juice
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1 Teaspoon Almond
    1/2 Teaspoon Apple pie spice
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Teaspoon Soda
    1 Teaspoon Baking powder

    Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
