2 Egg yolks
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Cups Apples, peeled and sliced
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Pie crust (9 inch)
Recipe
In top of double boiler, combine egg yolks and sugar. Add butter, apples and vanilla; stir to mix. Place over boiling water in double boiler, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
