    4 Cups blueberries
    3/4 Cup water
    1 Tablespoon butter
    1 Cup sugar
    3 Tablespoons cornstarch
    1 Dash salt
    1 Dash cinnamon
    1 Teaspoon lemon juice
    1 9 inch baked pie shell
    whipped cream, for garnish

    Simmer 1 cup berries with water for 4 minutes. Add mixed cornstarch and sugar, other ingredients except whole berries, pie shell and whipped cream. Cook until thick and clear. Mix gently with whole berries and pour into baked 9 pie shell. Chill and top with whipped cream.
