    Caramel Biscuit Ring Around

    1 /3 cup packed brown sugar
    3 tablespoons butter
    1-tablespoon water
    1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    1 can (8oz.) refrigerator biscuits

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, butter and water in 1-quart round glass casserole dish.

    Microwave until butter is melted. Cover with paper towel to avoid splattering.

    Stir in nuts.

    Separate biscuits into 4 parts each (quarters). Coat each piece in the syrup, pushing away from the center as you work. Set a glass custard cup into the center of the "dough pieces" making sure it is right side up.

    Microwave at 2-minute intervals until biscuits are no longer doughy. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove the center custard cup. (Be careful it is very hot; let it soak in sudsy water while you eat.)

    Invert biscuit ring on serving plate. Flip quickly and away from you. Serve bread warm and pull sections apart into individual servings.

    Makes about 6 servings. Reheat for 10 seconds to bring back fresh, soft texture. ENJOY!
