Coconut Cream Cheese Pie

2 pie shells
1/4 cup butter
7 ounces coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
16 ounces Whipped Cream or Cool Whip non-dairy topping
8 ounces caramel ice cream topping
Recipe
Bake 2 pie shells and cool. Brown butter, coconut, and chopped pecans until golden. Combine cream cheese and milk and fold into Cool Whip. Place layer of whipped mix in prepared shell, the caramel topping, and the coconut mixture. Repeat layers, cover, and freeze.
