Two 8-ounce packages of plain cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling


Recipe



Cream together all the above ingredients except wafers and pie filling. Place wafers in the bottom of cupcake liners. Fill each cup 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until filling is set. Top with cherry pie filling.
