    One 9-inch graham cracker crust
    1/2 cup toasted pecans
    One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 eggs
    Caramel sauce

    Recipe



    Line a 9-inch pie pan with graham cracker crust. Layer pecans in bottom of pan over crust. Blend cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs together; mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into crust and bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Drizzle caramel topping over cooked pie before serving.
