    1 pkg. angel food cake mix
    1 1# 2-1/2 oz jar mincemeat
    1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/4 C. chopped walnuts
    2 C. heavy cream, whipped & sweetened

    Recipe



    Prepare and bake angelfood cake as directed.
    Cool. Slice into 3 layers.
    Blend mincemeat, cream cheese, and nuts.
    Spread mixture between layers and put layer together.
    Cover & refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Frost with whipped cream before serving. Keep in refrigerator.
