    3 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
    1/4 cup Irish Whiskey
    1 cut sweet butter, softened
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2-1/4 cups cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour bundt pan.

    In small bowl, dissolve coffee in the whiskey.

    In large bowl, cream butter until light. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add sour cream and then eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract, and coffee and whiskey. Beat until blended.

    In another bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture into butter mixture, then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into pan. Bake for one hour.

    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
