    2 Small Boxes Lemon Jello
    1 Cup Boiling Water
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1 Can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk, Chilled
    1 Pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
    1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
    1 Cup Sugar
    11 Graham Crackers, Crushed
    4 Tablespoon Butter, Melted

    Recipe



    Combine jello and boiling water, stirring well. Set aside and let cool. In separate bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and add vanilla. Set aside. In large third bowl beat evaporated milk until thick and frothy. Combine cooled jello and cream cheese mixture, then add to whipped milk, combining well. Add drained crushed pineapple. pour into a 9 inch square casserole. Top with combined graham crackers and butter. Chill for at least 4 hours.
