Cake:
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding mix (4-ounce serving size)
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup water
4 egg
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk or lemon juice
Recipe
Cake: Blend all ingredients; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool right side up for 25 minutes, then remove from pan.
Glaze: Blend powdered sugar with either milk or lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
