    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 3/4 cup flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    Ener-G Egg for 1 egg plus enough soy milk to fill 1 cup

    Topping:
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/8 cup margarine
    1/2 cup flour

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Add soy milk mixture alternately with dry ingredients to creamded margarine and sugar. Pour batter into a 11x8-inch greased pan. Spread one can of cherry pie filling over the batter. Combine all topping ingredients and spread over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
