2 cans biscuits (10 per can)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp grated orange rind
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 ounce (1/3 of 3-oz pkg) cream cheese
3/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut

Recipe



Preheat oven to 425°
Combine granulated sugar and grated orange rind
Remove biscuits from can and dip each biscuit in melted margarine and then dip in sugar and orange rind mixture
Arrange the biscuits in an overlapping circle in a 9" round cake pan
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven
Cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar, orange juice and vanilla
Spread on coffee ring while it's still warm
Sprinkle with coconut
