Orange Honey Cake

1 pkg butter cake mix
orange juice
2 tsp grated orange rind
3/4 c honey
3/4 c orange juice

Recipe



Make cake mix according to pkg directions, substituting orange juice for the liquid; stir in orange rind.
Pour into greased and floured 12 c flute cake pan.
Bake 325°, until cake springs back when touched, 40-50 minutes
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to serving plate.
Heat honey and 3/4 c orange juice.
Pierce cake with fork; spoon honey mixture over warm cake.
Cool. Cover cake with plastic wrap, let stand overnight
