Orange Spice Cake

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup soft butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
4 oz. thawed orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup milk

Recipe



Sift together dry ingredients and set aside
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Blend in orange juice juice
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
Turn into greased and floured pans
Bake at 350 for 25 30 minutes
Cool in pans for 10 minutes

Orange Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 oz. thawed orange juice concentrate


Cream together all ingredients until thick enough to spread
