Orange Streusel Cake

For cake
1 package active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 egg
2-2/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soft butter
For Streusel Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. chopped almonds
Recipe
Add yeast to warm water in bowl, Stir until dissolved. Add egg. Add 1 cup of flour, sugar, marmalade and salt. Beat until smooth, add butter. Add remaining flour, a little at a time, enough to make a dough that leaves the sides of bowl. Knead until smooth. On lightly floured surface knead dough for a few minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once. Cover and let rise for about 50 minutes.
Meanwhle prepare TOPPING. Blend together all ingredients with fork until it resembles coarse crumbs. Punch dough down. Press evenly into a round or square pan, greased. Sprinkle streusel topping evenly over dough. Let rise until doubled, about 25 minutes.
Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
