Orange Streusel Coffeecake

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange marmalade or apple jelly Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease Bundt pan.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla ex, beat well. Add sour cream, beat until blended.
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda. Add alternately with orange juice to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in orange peel.
Spread marmalade in bottom of pan, sprinkle half streusel over marmalade. Pour half batter, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining streusel over batter.
Bake one hour. Loosen cake from pan, immediately onto a serving plate.
COCOA STREUSEL MIXTURE
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Stir together light brown sugar, chopped walnuts, cocoa powder and coconut flakes.
