    1 (9- inch) unbaked pastry shell
    8 oz package cream cheese, softened
    14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED MILK)
    2 pcs eggs
    3 tbsp amaretto liqueur
    1 1/2 tsp almond extract
    3 med peaches, peeled, seeded and sliced OR
    16 oz package frozen peach slices, thawed and we
    2 tbsp peach preserves

    Recipe



    1 Preheat oven to 375º.

    2 Bake pastry shell 15 minutes.

    3 Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

    4 Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

    5 Add eggs, 2 tablespoons liqueur and 1 teaspoon extract; mix well.

    6 Pour into prepared pastry shell.

    7 Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.

    8 Cool.

    9 Arrange peach slices on top of pie.

    10 In small saucepan, combine preserves, remaining 1 tablespoon liqueur and remaining 1/2 teaspoon extract; over low heat, cook and stir until hot.

    11 Spoon over top of pie.

    12 Chill.

    13 Garnish as desired.

    14 Refrigerate leftovers.
