List of Ingredients




1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
3/4 cup of buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of peach pie filling

Heat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl mix together flour, oil, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until crumbly. Remove 1/2 cup flour mixture; set aside. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Stir until just mixed. Pour batter into oiled and floured 8" baking pan. Spoon pie filling evenly over top of batter. Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over top of batter and filling. Bake 50 minutes or until cake tests done with wooden pick. Serve warm.
