    1 stick butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 cup cake flour
    2 Tbsp dry powdered milk
    1 Tbsp corn syrup
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°
    Grease loaf pan
    Cream butter & sugar until fluffy
    Add eggs, one at a time
    Add flour, dry milk & corn syrup
    Beat well
    Add juice, salt, vanilla, nutmeg
    Mix until well blended
    Bake approximately 45 minutes
