Amaretto Custard Cake

1 Package (18-1/2 oz) yellow cake mix
1 Package (3 oz) custard mix
2 Large eggs
1-1/4..Cups milk
1/3 Cup amaretto
1/4 Tsp grated nutmeg

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350º
Grease (or grease and flour) a 12-cup bundt cake pan.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat on low speed for 2-minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Bake in prepared pan for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool 15-minutes in pan and then remove from pan.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
Drizzle with glaze

GLAZE:

1-1/2 Cups confectioner's sugar (10x)
2 Tbsp amaretto
2 Tbsp light cream
Dash of nutmeg
dash of salt
Mix all ingredients until glaze is smooth and of drizzling consistency.
